He is partially deaf so that look on his face is probably him trying to either read lips or listen intently...and maybe he just doesn't hear what people are saying to him and doesn't know how to react. I heard he was rude but I can't believe that, he seems like such a nice guy!!! He was my fave in Pumping Iron.
you know what? i met mr. ferrigno as well this weekend and he was the rudest person. the look on his face was the same for you guys as was for me. the dood doesn't really like his fans and its obvious by the way he looks at you when you approach him. did he tell you not to video tape him? i think he needs to just stay at home and deal with his adoring public in the second person.
wow im sorry you got guys got that response from him...i met him when i was about 16 and then again a couple of years ago at this place called spooy world...i wrote him a card and gave it to him. i just pretty much told him how much i loved the tv show the hulk, him and bill bixby...i wrote it from the heart. and when lou was reading it, he actually had tears in his eyes and got up and gave me a hug and say my card was very nice..that meant the world to me when he did that...lou is awesome
