It's not FROM It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia...Charlie just happens to wear it sometimes in the show. But Julian is wearing that because that is what they based their logo off of. It's a cigarette company. Has nothing to do with It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

That logo and the name "Magna" comes from a brand of cigarettes, I believe.
