  • If you eat fish like this raw (sushi style) the parasites can make their way to your brain. You will experience severe head aches as they multiply, which can last for years, when your brain turns to liquid, you then will start bleeding from your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. This may feel slightly more uncomfortable than the severe head aches. The parasites then leave their host (your brain) as there is nothing left to feed on, That's when you're dead btw. Hot dogs are much healthier.

  • 7 out of 10 fish have parasites.

  • :(

  • i wouldnt eat it, but if you cooked it itd be fine

  • Good move

  • Yeah, I'll not be eating either.

  • if its gross dont say its awsome then retard

  • MMMMMMmmmmmmm, looks delicious, LOL!!

  • Whats everyone crying about? Your favorite dish Eats worms for breakfast.

  • awwww shit...and I love sushi too....

  • Sushi anyone? That's why you eat it with Wasabi... spose to kill the parisitic eggs! Yummy!

  • little girl with hotdog at last is so cute :3

  • Hokke is often full of parasites. Pretty disgusting while being cleaned but safe after cooking.

  • SEAN CONNERY STYLE

  • That's called "Extra Protein"

  • just freaking cook it! and all the parasite will die ..this is not AIDS or HIV..

  • cause hot dogs are better...lolz silly children, you don't even know what a hotdog really is...you'd better off just eating the worm raw.

  • Yes. actually a parasite can wipe out more than any nuclear bomb if properly used. If you breed different parasites and their genetic configuration is approximately the same, then you could slowly create more deadly parasites able to wipe out continents at a time. so i guess beware...

  • All new parasite species are biological weapon.

  • Good for asians who love to eat fish as fresh as possible (alive)

  • i almost threw up, i dont like fish and i dont like worms..... how the hell did i end up on this video

  • this is why eating sushi is wrong

  • @SickK8GSXR600

fact, if those sea animals got those parasites... poor whales, poor sharks, poor octopus, poor predators

  • Perfect reason to avoid eating "raw" sushi.. Some parasites can cause life threatening damage ;(

  • another GOOD reason to be Vegetarian/Vegan...!

  • not hungry anymore...

  • Unfortunatelly the HOTDOGS are probably worse!!

Hotdogs are made from Animal worthless and diseased tissue:

Cartilage, tripe(not properly washed), snouts, tendons, testicles, guts, TUMORS!! (cancerous and otherwise) infected (PUS) muscle, etc. etc. Plus it contains tons of BACTERIAS and mixed with thousands of other animals (Cows, turkeys, etc) as they are ground up by thousands daily.

SALMON fish has same problem. put on the Grill and watch worms come out

  • @JC4crs Mmm, it makes me want a couple of hot dogs and a fish sandwich! Gotta go to the local fast food place and get me some of the wormy vomit filled diseased tumors, with staphylococci bacteria for that tangy but not too sour taste. I love how the local MCdorkles put in little deep fried snouts, testicles, cancerous cartilage filled pus bags of purple mucilaginous pate with an extra order of their fry dip. Man what a feast! I can feel my intestines and colon spasm at just the thought.

  • @JC4crs .... Hotdogs like any other food is regulated by a stringent collection of policies to prevent tainted food from reaching the public. If you where correct EVERYSINGLE BASEBALL FAN in all of america would have died by now.

  • @kurlobe Well, the stuff is cooked and probably "Safe to eat" but the fact remains that Hotdogs are made of all the garbage left over in the slaughter house.

Baseball Fan are retarded people with an IQ or 75 or less.

Go ahead and keep eating Garbage if you like.

(the pretty pink color of hotdogs is just DYE otherwise you would be looking at yellow/brownish mummified junk)

    Bon Apetit!!

  • @JC4crs Fearmongering is one thing. Fearmongering with half truthes and whole lies is somethhing else entirely. Nothing you say from this point on will be believable to me. YOU LOSE, GOOD DAY SIR!!!

  • @JC4crs that is why i dnt eat fish or hot dogs

  • @JC4crs why did you have to tell me whats in a hotdog??!?!?.... its making me hungry.

  • aaaaw look how cute she is

  • @pornadkt. Virgin :P

  • Your daughter's cute :)

  • Fact - 70% of all sea fish have parasites. They die when cooked or if frozen.

  • that's a nice looking hot dog. and your daughter is super cute. and about that parasite good call for not eating raw fish

  • some times you can get fish from the store with parasites in it..

  • when I was in a science class 15 yrs ago the teacher showed slides of just about every kind of fish we eat and showed the parasites in them...ever since then I really can't make myself eat fish

  • many my friends dont believe sea fish has parasites . Now I can show them, thank you.

  • vies

  • I still masturbated..

  • if somebody ate this.....

  • I'd be more surprised if fish didn't have parasites.

  • Only 30% of the cells in the human body are human, the rest are bacteria, parasites, and virus'.

  • GOD this makes me want to clean my house with bleach!!!!!! AND MY SKIN!!!!! AHHH BLEACH!!!!!! DISINFECTANT!!!!!!!!

  • what if ur daughter finds a vein in her hotdog... what then huh? Turkey pot pie?

  • They are unharmful tapeworms, not like the pork tapeworm which can be deadly, these can be killed with regular cooking.

Also if these get into your body, and are alive, they can live in your intestines. But don't fret, they have medicine to kill them fast. Some say you can even eat raw garlic and they will die.

  • Every human being has parasites too. They live on your skin, hair, eye lashes, scalp, and even inside your gut. They're too small to see. they depend on us to survive. But most of them are harmless :)

  • at least this means that the fish was made by another fish in the ocean, and not by a machine..

  • There you go, no more fish for me, Forever, thanks a lot.

  • As long as u cook the fish well it wont hurt u all animals have parasites so if u get grossed out by'em better become Vegan and even then u r not 100% safe from Parasites

  • I m vegan!

  • @virgoptrex

good for you. you can also get parasites from vegetables too.

  • @Chr0nixRH yeah i have seen caterpillar in cauliflower. But at least I am not grossed out!

  • @virgoptrex

you will be when you find hookworm, ascarid, trichostrongylus eggs on your greens.

  • Damnit wal mart!

  • Damn nature you scary

  • when your hungry your happy to catch a fish, wot dyu offer a worm on a hook, look and worry for hooks in your fish.

  • And that's why all fish has to be frozen or cooked.

  • This is why I'd never eat sashimi

  • GROSS

  • Here's one true ugly story I read long ago in "The Readers Digest", the story was titled.....'The Sandpit Killer'....Kid played in a sandpit box in a kiddies play park, he got some sand in his mouth, few weeks later, he complained of headache, mother didn't think too much of it, headaches got worse, couldn't sleep at night, (Part 2 below…)

  • (Part 2…..) mother takes kid to doctors, couldn't find the cause, another week passes, kids in a coma, they end up opening his head, and find part of his brain 'mushy' they find one large tape worm there! The tape worm took a wrong turn in heading for the gut; it traveled up into his head instead. The kid died, the tape worm had eaten part of his brain! The sandpit had cat or dog poop buried in it, they found tape worms in the poop.

  • you still gonna eat that shit?

  • i noticed those round worms coiled up and dead but still firm and rubbery in cans of sockeye salmon D: TWICE or three times now i won't even touch canned fish

  • Ugh...makes me want to go get deworming meds from my doctor, I eat so much sushi...lol...

  • woman! Have you never seen ultimate survival?!

  • corn on a hotdog? thats more disgusting than parasites in fish

  • I found a worm in fish I bought from my local fish shop. I called someone at the health dept. to get their feed back. I was told that it is a common occurrence, especially in the spring, but if the fish is thoroughly cooked it's harmless. Sooo, I avoid fish in the spring. I'm sure we unknowingly eat lots of ikky things.

  • that is gross

  • wow the kid is cute :D

  • lol hot dogs, those could be worse. I'm not surprised by this video.

  • lol hot dogs, those could be worse.

  • I found one in my fish the other day, the fish was cooked and worm was dead but I was still grossed out but me mum said she missed that one when she was preparing the fish but i never knew u can get worms in fish but i do now, on the bright side it grossed me lil sister more so i can tease her every now and then lol

  • @animecrazyforlife You know, food that is caught in the wild is going to have random things in it like parasites. It was just the first time I'd seen it... but I've seen many since, and it's not that big of a deal anymore. :P

  • @animecrazyforlife where the hell did you get the fish from what store please I need to know

  • @and1277 I have no idea it was one me mum bought soz :( Xd

  • Just pull them out? I don't think you can pull their eggs out too..

"infested meat is harmless when cooked" is it? I don't know but I would throw the fish away and never buy fish from the same place again.

Burn the fish and the cutting board with fire

Burn everything you touched the fish with with fire

  • el famoso Anisakkis

  • you sound sexy

  • Japanese don't eat fresh hokke because they know Anisakis quite often prasitizes in it. They freeze it or cook it with heat thoroughly to kill the parasites as yuckypeas mentioned above. It's not gross at all if you eat pork and other meats as similar things are happening in these meats too.

  • you should never catch wild fish they always are infected with parasites

  • My mom cooked fish today... now I don't want to eat it I regret... searching up vids on youtube for fish now

  • you should see the ones in swordfish and cod

  • most wild fish (cod, sea bass, angler fish, mackrel, gurnard etc. etc)have parasitic worms as do some farm animals(Bio),only they are not always visible to the naked eye. I have worked in the meat and fish industry for the past 30+years so I know what I'm talking about. Bon apetit

ps. we humans also carry parasites( some are even)

  • it just more nutriments eat the freaking worm :P

  • is the fish fresh :)?

  • That's one small worm

  • sue the fish store who sold them to you. or break their knees with a crowbar

  • Good day for hot dogs! Tomorrow, Kura-Zushi!

  • yes hot dogs , that would be much better !

  • japanese and chinese fish are all have this one !!!!!

  • who the fuck cares what americans do? no1

  • you got Aids, not HIV but full blown Aids...

  • how that girl can eat? ;D

  • Gross, put it on some sushi and eat it!

  • Sushi toppings are safe as long as you follow Japanese way of cooking. We use wisdom of living.

  • I guess I won't be eating sushi anymore!

  • yes,sushi is shit.never eat them

  • I think is Opistorchis spp.

  • eeeewwwwwww

  • Fuck that shit.....

  • anisaki

  • You got disgusting fish flesh all over that delicious worm. Almost makes me not want to eat it.

  • get a raw pork chop and pour some coke cola on it .sit back and watch the worms come out of it.hahaha

  • @rome71rome lol good joke....

  • all fish have worms.. gosh it is not something new at all

  • Oes noes, a parasite inside a fish... that came from the sea... where parasites live.

    ::facepalm::

  • The girl at the end :

"Can I haz parazite wiz on ma hatdag puleaaaze?"

  • Ew, but I'm not so squeamish, I've seen worse. Besides, you can't go on avoiding everything just because it has parasites. Just thoroughly cook your meats.

  • Ewwwwwwww.....

  • Umm kinda grossed out???

  • Pork Has worms as well. Ha ha!!

  • Grossed out by the worm in the fish... Or that it's the first time you notice one?

  • @Unicron4ever It was the most worms I'd seen in a fish up until that point. That particular fish was infested with them.

  • like this video is for those who dont understand me saying taking a risk has always been a part of japanese food culture. you got no idea what kinda surprise is waiting inside sushi, sashimi, fugu, dolphins and whales and... geez

  • @statsx This is nothing compared to what you get in instant coffee.

  • @statsx There are worms in apples. Just have to know how to prepare food ;)

  • @yuckypeas Guess ill start deep frying my apples too :D

  • @yuckypeas They eat apples, not your brain!

  • @yuckypeas Totally agree. It was just the first time I'd seen live worms in fish. But.. that's what you get when you buy freshly caught, unprocessed fish! I don't mind. Just caught me off guard :D

  • @yuckypeas You agreed with yourself. ;-P

  • @yuckypeas apples dont contain parasiters lmao but ur prolly trolling xD

  • @statsx lol true, but sushi does not mean raw fish its a term given because of the sauce used with fish, sushi can also come out cooked.

  • cutting the heads and the fish, is ok?

    seeing parasites is jackie?

I do not get you humans at all, so selective,

    everything for yourselves, crazy ones.

  • @OplossenNu

    ..your human too.

when you put your shoes on this morning why did u select them over another pair?

why did you eat the whole bagel and not send half of it to starving children??

    ur a moron

  • Its ocean fish.. Cook it properly and you're fine.

  • Of course, that means the fish was fresh at least, lol!

  • More protein!

  • dont suck it, PLEASE!!!

  • THAT HAPPENED TO ME ONE TIME I CAUGHT A FISH AND IT HAD LIKE WORMS AND PARASITES ALL OVER IT'S GILLS IT WAS SO GROSS!!!

  • The worlds biggest single buyer of hokke is, can you guess? Mcdonalds! Which just goes to show that at least some burgers sold at Mcdonalds have fresh meat in them.

  • get the FUCK out of japan...

  • @KCArmstrongXIIV Eh, there are parasites everywhere. Americans are just used to breaded and fried...

    Still, was, pretty, gross!

  • @yuckypeas Breaded and fried? Gross.

  • @KCArmstrongXIIV dude that's so offensive. you would have a similar reaction if you found a parasite in your food. Stop being obnoxious and use your nationalism for something important

  • I remember discovering for the first time a bunch of worms while gutting a lake whitefish. It was pretty gross to see them all slowly wiggle out from hiding. I think I threw the fish away. But now I know better. like robvya says, you can just freeze them but I cook my fish pretty thoroughly so I'm not too worried. hehe

  • I found your video because I was preparing cod today and found worms too! So grouse - I honestly don't know when I'll feel like eating again!

  • Throw the fish away!

  • haha can we have hotdogs, well i wouldnt eat it either....

  • Oh yes i just cant wait to order sushi ........NOT!!

  • poor worm, just dont eat fish :D

  • oh..she is so cute..

  • Mmm makes me not able to wait to get home to have some salmon!

  • This reminds me of the time I was eating a chocolate bar and found a live worm in it. It was a sealed candy bar! T_T

  • @xChibiAkumax That's really gross. It's one thing to find a worm in a fish that was alive that morning, but a processed, wrapped chocolate bar?! Ugh.

  • aaaaw shes so cute =D

  • @AchineSs the way she looks at the camera all innocently and presents her hot dog.. lol.. she is cute. ^_^... Although those hot dogs probably have just as many parasites. lol.

  • At least if there are any, they're boiled to death!

  • must always over cook or burn ur food =)

  • arghhh next time put the fish in the freezer, then the worm will die, then you can cook the fish.

  • Thx for tip to freeze. It was first time to encounter worms, and had no idea what to do. I don't like to waste food or anything else, so I felt terrible!

  • Yea no problem, when i worked in sushis the chef always said to me '' always freeze the fish or you will have big worm in your intestine '' lol

  • @robvya you idiot....that won't kill the worm....especially if it's still in its egg stage...you have to burn it or don't even bother....

  • she look like a doll O.o

  • i remember cooking tilapia in a pan and minutes later worms just pop out of the fishes skin, makes me :P

  • she is adorable!

  • love this! too cute!

  • Yum.

  • yeah hot dogs haha can blame the kids not wanting to eat fish

  • grossss i saw this today posted in the front page they used this fish for filet o fish from mcdonalds

  • No - this is NOT hoki (the McDonald's filet fish) its hokke - a Japanese mackerel. Look it up on wikipedia: Binomial name

Pleurogrammus azonus Jordan & Metz, 1913 The Arabesque greenling (Pleurogrammus azonus) is a species of mackerel used in Japanese cuisine.

The primary population of the fish is found off of the Sea of Okhotsk. According to legend, it was discovered by Nichiji.

  • Thanks, Sarah. You're spot on.

A hokke is about 250 Y here in Aomori Prefecture :)

  • Those worms are nemetodes from the genus Anisakis. They are very common in fish, especially saltwater fish like cod and pollock. In seafood processing plants these nemetodes are usually picked out of the fillets before packaging, but you can't get them all. Cooking to the proper temperature will kill them, but improper cooking won't and if eaten they could cause a condition called Anisakiasis. Cod and pollock are the main ingredients in breaded fish sticks throughout the world.

  • yeah I wouldn't eat that either.
