How would I go about performing this workout if I don't have an incline bench? I'm trying to exercise my chest with a pair of dumbbells at home, no access to a gym atm.
@timeoutmode Scott does that so that those watching at home remember when in the motion to exhale. It may seem obvious, but many people don't breath properly when they lift.
@daddio89 Although its wrong. Its not proper for you to breath in and out specifics. If you do as Scott Herman does, you are automaticly breating faster, which leads to your reps are going faster. And thats not the "right" way to do it. Try to breath as normal as you can!
