Hey just wondering if I can get some information from you guys. The Elk is classified waters now if im not mistaken but are the tributaries classified as well? Im planning a trip to the area this summer and was wondering if it possibe to do this river on foot with some success? any help would be sweet. fly patterns?

You can do it, but you cant run. you have to move very slowly.. usually you can get suckers like that... the slow bastards.

Great pleace! It's so pity that Latvians has destroyed the population of trout and samon in Latvias rivers with building hidroelectric stations almost in every little river :( :( Now we have to travel to Sweden, Finland and other countries only to feel what it's like to catch those species! :(
