  • This is the famous steps of the Phildelphia Museum of Art, and since their song is about Santa - it was most likely performed during a televised Thanksgiving Day Parade, which ends with "Santa Claus" on his sleigh

    ( on a float - remember this is the same city famous for it's production of the New Year's or Mummers Day Parade).

  • Looks like they are in the Ukraine or somewhere in Russia, or somewhere like that with one of those huge old-style public squares from Soviet times.
