  • Hi, I'm 17 and have just started getting into intense training for muscle, I want to try and make sure my technique is right so I can avoid damage. Some people say not to drop your elbows behind your chest when doing barbell/dumbells because of the tension on the front of your delts....What are your views? You look like you've done alright.

  • It looks like you dont do the full exs. But your body looks great! Everyone always says you need to do it neat. I think you raffle, but the result is great. Do you always go for heavy and untidy or is this just for the vid? Don't take this bad because i hope to become as massive as you are, but my shoulders prevent big motions

    thnx for the video.i hv a question here.i hv bn training now like 2 yrs.i hv got very good shoulders and arms.but my chest is very small as compared to my arms.although my back is very wide and in a good shape too.so it does not look very nice.i hv tried each and every good exercise but nothing worked.any advise.i,ll be very thanfull.

  • @DaviedDedo91 well... i've been at the gym for 3 years now, and to my knowledge its best to switch it up every week or every second week because dumbbells and barbells will hit your chest on different angles.. maybe do incline bench, and flat dumbbells with it, or vice versa, maybe all 3 benches one chest day, or all dumbbells, but its always best to switch it up for greatest results

  • idk. i got my body fat measured at Club Fitness and at first it was 3.9 or 4.. then they did it again and it was 3.1 or 3.2, i cant remember, they sure as hell thought the lil machine was broke lol

  • I like how you're lifting heavy on the DB and not throwing the weight down when you're finished the set. Too often heavy lifters in my gym toss them down when finished. Well done man.

  • REAL TALK! It makes me laugh to see guys THROW dbs. IN my opinion, I get more satisfaction coming off the bench with the weight and either racking it or setting it back to the ground.

  • A big mistake people make is trying to train like these guys. Keep in mind that these guys pump their bodies with steroids. Unless you are very experienced, you will overtrain your body working out like these guys. You CANNOT overtrain on steroids.

  • once every seven to ten days if you want to get bigger and stronger. work as heavy as you can on 2 chest exercises. incline barbell bench press and parrallel bar dips. 3 sets 6-10 reps add weight each week as you get stronger...

  • Where do you fit triceps in buddy? Triceps are no doubt the best arm muscle to have. Anywaytry working opposing muscles and ditch a cardio day. Ex. Mon:Triceps and biceps + abs. Tues: Back and chest + abs. Wed: Cardio. Thurs: Shoulders + Traps. Fri: Legs. Sat:cardio.

    Try that buddy you should get better results

  • It's important to stretch POST workout, not before. You actually lose strength by stretching pre work out.

    I typically train chest adn triceps on the same day... Hit the larger muscle group (chest) first.

  • My routine is:

    Monday: Chest, Triceps, shoulders

    Tuesday: Cardio, abs

    weds: Legs

    Thursday: Cardio, abs

    Friday: Back, biceps

    Sat: cardio, abs

  • ya but when you do that your triceps dont get a "FULL" workout. Meaning you would want to at least do your triceps first or on a different day so you can their full potential instead of pre exhausting them. for example when would you do heavier skull crushers on the same day you do bench? I think not. i like doing the back then tri approach.

  • No you wanna work your tricep in conjunction with your chest routine because the muscles work together, as the same with the shoulders.

  • @m3g1 i prefer doing triceps after back training, that way you can put more into it, chest days i do followed by biceps.

  • do dumbbells work just as well on your chest then using barbell.

  • Dumbells make you use more different muscles to stabilize the weight. I typically prefer dumbells over a barbell.
