It was the b-side of the "King of the Mountain" single in 2005. It has never been included on any album so you have to find the single. You can probably find it on Amazon, eBay etc.

I never had the chance to see her. I discovered Kate in the summer of 1979 when I was 10 years old, and she never came to Norway. Even if she should tour again it would never be the same.

I would do anything to go back to 1979 and see her shows! I would gladly sell my soul to do it! Why can't someone invent a time machine?

My favorite memory has to be quite simply all of it, even when the hand-made "head microphone" (made out of a metal coat-hanger)slipped from her head and one of the dancers had to hold a hand microphone to her mouth while she finished the song and danced at the same time. Her parting-comment to the crowd at the end was,"I'm not bullshittin'... I'll never forget this night."

I have to disagree there, I like it. Kate often shows her celtic influence on her songs, she is half-Irish after all, and in doing so on this song she at least is doing something different, not just a copy of the original.

Well, she's a woman with a very special voice. That's a very big difference from Marvin Gaye's fine original.

I know very well that her own music has a lot of Celtic flavour. It fits there very nicely. It is totally out of place in an R&B song.

The song was written by Marvin Gaye, Odell Brown and David Ritz, and first recorded by Marvin Gaye in 1982. It's one of the all-time classic great songs, but Kate's version is as good as the original IMO
