we just gotta make sure that if we burn 300 calories working out that we replace it with healthy 300 calories. or else, our bodies may go into starvation mode ;) i'm going to work out today again. think i will eveyday now.

Yes I feel the same way about burning off excess sugars and carbs through some exercise. Dr. Simeons never accounted for that.
