  • @sovy225 I don't recommend you use these to replace your strength exercises, but rather do them in addition to your strength exercises!

  • @mprice4owlathletics Yes, you need to work both legs... no 'right' answer as far as number of reps... find what is challenging for YOU!

  • @FucikOff You can absolutely do this with kids 8-12... with a basketball... not a medicine ball....

  • @JanioFJr That's up to YOU! But the whole point of these exercises is to strengthen your ankles... so that kind of defeats the purpose!
