WTF i'm trying to use the advance duplicator to save something that i made that has only three parts:a prop(downloaded), an emitter, and a turret. when i paste it, the emitter and turret are holography when i saved them as invisible, and the emitter and turret have completely different functions than the way i programmed them.

I have a problem with advanced duplicator not saving in I can right click and itll ghost or w/e, but when i try to actually save it, whether its one simple prop or a complex machine, it doesnt work. I click save then it pops up a box that asks for a title and description, but when i type something in both boxes and click save, nothing happens what so ever.

don't worry, everybody had that problem

since the update garry changes something in the thrusters files so now advanced duplicator doesn't support them anymore

try using wire thruster

they won't fail

It's a bit late from when you posted, but the latest Garry's Mod update broke the advanced duplicator. Not sure if there is a fix yet.

erase it and download the one that COMES with wire mod (most recent). and don't adv. dup. rag dolls.. i don't think it works.

I'm a little lost as to why this amount of precision in the alignment of a contraption to the world is necessary.

I guess kinda when you're building static structures but even then what's really important is alignment between objects and easy precision has that covered.
