@S1ppy When I say stance I do not refer to air-bagging the thing and measuring fender gaps with a micrometer. I refer to reducing ride height as part of a comprehensive handling change. Bringing the center of gravity down, reducing un-sprung weight, reducing gyroscopic mass etc. With the proper geometry changes (I stress this factor) the general handling character of the car is retained, while at the same time quickening response and removing some (or lots) of the nice safe understeer.

BMW, Audi etc. tend to design their cars around the wheels and as a result, big wheels from the factory are a no brainer. Japans big 4 (honda, mazda, nissan, and toyota) tend to design their vehicles around the cabin. I love the big 4 dont get me wrong, but can you imagine if Ian Callum had designed the BRZ? Drool...

The drivetrain and transmission is tight and has smooth transitions between gears and the powerband is good when going through the gears.The drivers seat is in a good position and lets you reach the steering wheel and shifter with ease. The suspension is very well done and has plenty of grip. From the side the cars is nestalgic of other Subaru designs and the front is new and very sporty.
