The family of thieves. The sad thing is they may go to jail but will get to keep the money they stole and luckily for them, get pardoned. Look at the little marcoses. Up until now there is no clarity as to how the government can take back the stolen loot, the millions or billions they'd inherited from the poor people of the Philippines. Ignorant pilipinos even elected them and are currently serving in government. Sad :(
