  • where can i download for free...i love that serato software

  • I have music on my laptop and now i am about to get serato. How easy is it to transfer music from my laptop hard drive into the serato software that is loaded on my laptop? also does serato automatically gives me the bpm of my music when i load it into Serato? Thanks

  • how can i make them go ungreen

  • i downloaded the program from scratch live..but it happens to be different, i dont have the most of the thing here. like the the two dock...i just have it like a normal player..why?

  • @fookaiwai You need the hardware to use Scratch Live. The software is "free" to download, but worthless without the hardware soundcard boxes (SL1 or SL3) or mixers (TTM57 or Sixty-Eight) as that is what "unlock" the the software for full use.

  • @SeratoTutor

oooo i see.. i thought it would be like virtual Dj which u can play everything in the software..hehe..btw thx for your information

  • @SeratoTutor how can i get these sofwares for full use

  • @fookaiwai me too....tmmmmm.

  • ma nn esiste uno che lo spiega in italiano??

  • i been trying to delete some crates i tried ctrl & delete but it doesnt work & also i cant title my crates i tried the double clicking.

  • Make sure you have the 'protect library' option unchecked in the setup menu.

  • U can show the Bpm on the history just click bpm and it shows up just like if you were to do it to the song.

  • can you have a more precise BPM on the display of Serato, for example say (128.4) as oppose to (128) displayed on the deck?

  • No.

  • i recently bough a sl3 and im trying to find sp-6 sample player files

  • can you do automix on serato sl3 like virtual dj do

  • No.

  • your videos are great. very imformative! totally dont even have to read a manual now. thanks you very much!

  • i aint know that

  • thanks great

  • I remember all those looooooooong threads in the forum about the green-notgreen-previewing songs problem... I always thought the A-B-A algorithm was the BEST idea, but didn't figure it would get added. That is awesome news!

  • man I wish I would've found this video 4 months ago :).....Thanks for the tips on the exporting feature *****

  • i have a couple questions for you.

    1. Has it crashed on you yet?

    2. Are you using a MAC or PC?

    3. What is your overall view of the upgrade? Is it worth the risk or should I just wait for it to be released officially

  • 1) No, I've never had a crash with SSL in my 4+ years of using it. They don't call me the SeratoTutor for nothing. Though, that doesn't mean yours won't crash, I just know what you can and can't do with SSL.

    2) Mac

    3) Try it out, you can install multiple versions of SSL without worry of it affecting the other.

  • In the history section, are you able to delete tracks from your hard drive?

  • Nice vid... but can the save all played history be turned off or be set to reset like the older ssl programs???

  • No it can't be "turned off," but every time you start/load SSL it begins a new date/listing, it's not just one big continuous list with no separation. But you can delete any session also like a crate, just highlight the "date" and press Ctrl+Del to remove that session listing.

  • cool... thanks konix

  • BIG thx Konix...

  • Thank you, that was surprisingly helpful.

  • YES! Timestamp in the history...I've been thinking about requesting this, but somebody smarter than me thought it was a good idea. Exporting by date is also awesome.

  • 1.9 is out now!!!!!!!!!

  • any idea when its going to be up for DL?

  • january 19th

  • Watch the first annotation of the first video, there's a link

  • nice nice cant wait to d load
