Good video. I agree completely with your opinion on this case. You summed up my feeling on John Mark Byers completely. I am really hoping they're able to conclusively prove who the real killer(s) are some day. Jason, Damien and Jesse as well as Stevie, Christopher and Michael deserve justice. I'm glad they're free, but sadly there is no justice in how their freedom came about.

Takes a lot of integrity to plead guilty under the Alford plea (a plea named after a man who was himself ...guity!) to a case that they could have been convicted for had they gone back to trail. Hilarious.

@weirdcitykid Actually, I was wrong when I said "possibly convict". It is simply acknowledgment that the state could bring them back to trial. Time to keep up with developments on the case...eyewitnesses are now coming forward who heard Terry Hobbs confess to this crime. Pam Hobbs is now calling for the case to be reopened based on this new evidence.

Of course a corrupt police department is going to clear Hobbs, because they would have looked like the idiots they are for a lame satanic cult theory and arresting the wrong people. hello Farmboy7899 i have one more question somewhat unrelated, somewhat because while i was thinking about this case this question poped in my mind, lets say a foreigner commits a major crime then flees to his native land and the only way that native country will extradite the suspect back to the US is if the US governemet promise that they will not seek the death penalty but once that suspect gets here the US execute the suspect anyway, what will be the the fall out of that?

@WeAreLions013 Are you referring to a specific case or is this hypothetical? If this is an actual case, I'd like to do some research on it before I answer. If it is simply hypothetical, then my guess is the criminal's home country would retaliate with either force or a highly public smear campaign. Another wrench in the works is if the criminal has diplomatic immunity.

I have to admit,as the judge was reading the information out, it sounded like they weren't going to let them out, my heart almost beat out of my chest. I had never of the Alford plea until that day, I still can't believe they're free. It's a blessing to know that they'll be home with their families for the holidays this year.I'm not happy about the way they had to plea guilty in order for them to be let out, it's a dirty way of doing business but I'm happy that Jason was selfless in this act.

The wm3, in a plea deal, admitted that they killed the 3 boys.

The defendants by acknowledging there was sufficient evidence towards guilt pretty much destroyed the supporter efforts to dismiss the evidence. All these years of back & forth between "nons" & "supporters" arguing about if there was sufficient evidence only to have the 3 convicted admit there was.

These 3 have confessed their way right out of prison thanks to you supporters. You helped free 3 child killers. You must be very proud?

Actually you are right - they confessed their way out - and at the same time stuck two fingers up to all the supporters. Hell, I don't even need to worry about litigation and can keep my videos up - since they did indeed plead guilty - which was my view all along. Who would have ever thought it.

@Farmboy7899 - I live here in Arkansas. I was texting with an "insider" friend in Jonesboro all day. My brother has been at the same prison facilities as all three men during his incarceration.

We should not accept guilty plea conviction as a case closer. The WM3 are out of prison. The state got out as well.

1.They greatly reduced/eliminated the ability of the WM3 to bring about a civil complaint.

2.They eliminated the need to continue to investigate the case.

@TrollTheToll Many people believe it was Terry Hobbs and his friend David Jacoby. Some evidence does point their way, but a proper investigation must take place. We owe the 3 victims at least that much.

This entire case has been so screwed up since day one and now, instead of just allowing them to go home to their families and move on...they have to continue to try and clear their names. Well, as far as I'm concerned...they're names ARE CLEARED.! God Bless Damien, Jesse and Jason. I cried my eyes out watching their press conference. My heart breaks for them still. I mean, yes...THANK GOD they are finally free...but there's a catch. Why? Why can't the prosecution just leave them alone and let them start their lives over. I hate it. I hate what our justice system has done to these men and are still continuing to do to them. It makes me sick to know that they had to enter a plea of "guilty". I don't blame them one bit...of course they HAD to do it so they could finally be free.  It just still pisses me off.

It is about friggin time!!! I wanted to cry when I saw Jason & Damien hug. Your right about Jason, it takes a real stand up guy to do something like that for a friend. I can't imagine how they feel right now, especially Damien being in solitary confinement for that long. That whole situation made me embarrassed to be an American when we knowingly let 3 innocent people rot in prison. I just hope the best of everything for those guys, they deserve it!!!
