  • you could be hurting your knees or perhaps a previous injury that doesn't let you workout correctly, if this is painful you better dont do it and visit a doctor, remember that muscle pain after workouts wont damage you but joint pain would

  • You never work out a muscle every day, more like every second is ok, but only if your muscle has had enough time to relax. If it hurts give it some more time.

  • GREAT!!! workout for the thighs. This is definitely my favorite thigh/quad workout. Simple, fun, and effective!. Love the instructions that help us to get results - i.e., knees not extending over feet on the down squat. Thank you! thank you! Now to go check out your other videos. I am looking for an inner thigh workout.

  • Its actually alot better doing it slowly because the idea is to make it hard for your muscles so u only have to do about 10 otherwise your knees and back seriously pay
