You never work out a muscle every day, more like every second is ok, but only if your muscle has had enough time to relax. If it hurts give it some more time.

I am looking for an inner thigh workout.
Its actually alot better doing it slowly because the idea is to make it hard for your muscles so u only have to do about 10 otherwise your knees and back seriously pay
