According to press reports the plane was brought down by his own passenger's flowers. Both theories I cannot really understand, with this being a dual-turbo 914 engine. Maybe just a coverup for pilot's fault.
Well, yes, he had an accident because another plane strayed flowers for a wedding out and it seems one of the flowers clogged up the carburetors´ intakes.

This guy had an accident a couple of days ago, on the 14th July, his autogyro is really scrap now
