  • Guys, if your joints start to crack it could be caused from a few things.

    you didnt warm up with low weights, your body isnt use to weighted exercises(in this case itll go away soon enough), and maybe your diet just isnt up to par. You shouldn't really worry about it unless it starts to hurt. Then just ask your Dr on the next annual.

  • @SirWhite1994 It used to happen with me a lot and I was really concerned about this thing. After some time it stopped. Take proper nutrition and do warm up. After few days or weeks it won't happen.

    I am not a doctor or something just a gym lover.

  • @SirWhite1994 you should start with a lighter weight probably to strengthen the joints or warm up before doing heavier ones. Pain between the joints is more worrying than clicks if don't warm up.

  • @FTWx786 if u are 15 just dont use heavy weights , but its better to do bodyweight exercises if u are young:D , search , there are 10000000000 exercises for bodyweight training
