Guys, if your joints start to crack it could be caused from a few things.
you didnt warm up with low weights, your body isnt use to weighted exercises(in this case itll go away soon enough), and maybe your diet just isnt up to par. You shouldn't really worry about it unless it starts to hurt. Then just ask your Dr on the next annual.
@SirWhite1994 It used to happen with me a lot and I was really concerned about this thing. After some time it stopped. Take proper nutrition and do warm up. After few days or weeks it won't happen.
@SirWhite1994 you should start with a lighter weight probably to strengthen the joints or warm up before doing heavier ones. Pain between the joints is more worrying than clicks if don't warm up.
btw, because the first one was above ur head by a distances, can that stunt ur growth? because i heard work outs that require u to lift above ur head stunts ur growth. i wana be 100% sure because im only 15 and i wana keep growing lol
