what i found works with a lot of my clients is implementing high reps burnouts of sets of 30 on ,major muscle groups. This prevents the muscle atrophy of cardio. When you switch your workout from weights to cardio you leave yourself susceptible to decrease in mass. Plyometrics, high rep rows, and high rep benches get your heart pumping relatively quickly while helping you add slow twitch muscle fibers which are necessary to having a ripped appearance.

Really nice form, these are called Dragonfly crunches if I remember correctly, and you're supposed to keep the top of your back on the bench, and avoid your lower back touching the bench at all, which you did amazingly, with a ton of reps to boot too. I can only manage around 15 while training core otherwise my head nearly explodes ;)

@WFCoW My boyfriend took me to his area he works out at on the beach, one of the many places he uses of course, but it's amazing to see how many actual families are walking or running together...kids too. 1/3 of the U.S. is obese and 2/3 is overweight. You hear too many people say they are happy as they are yet I think some are just trying to convince themselves. I really wanna start a ministry, seeing as I'm Christian, that we can help people with fitness and nutrition.
