i know this videos old, but i was hoping that someone out there could tell me if it"s possible to change an amp in a radio to a more powerful amp that would put more power to the speakers ? because it sounds like it"s underpowered to me, i was thinking of hooking a Y-plug to the speaker outputs of a older model receiver which would have RCA type plugs on it and running it to the auxilary input on the boombox.........but don"t know for sure if you can run straight power to it
