  • Do you know if this is compatible with the G77 Bass?

  • La Guitare à Hibernatus !!!! hahahahahaha

  • fuuny sounds on 2:20 like a duck!

  • 1:31R2D2

  • The filters actually sound great!

  • Did Roland ever release a compatible bass?

  • @Desmaad yes they did bring out a synth bass

to go with it or are guitar

  • I loved my 700 very cool at the time!

  • the tasty phat Roland sound =P

  • FYI for anyone wondering, the GR-700 has the same synth engine as the JX-3P (keyboard) or MKS-30 Planet S (rack).

  • Nice Guitar and controler

  • @Guernseyopman Actually, that's the GR-300. The 700 is a little slower...

  • I'm not sure I like the sounds. I already have a Roland Synth with some incredible sounds but this thing sounds dated.

  • 7:04 Super Mario

  • 4:30 Metroid

  • 3:52 turbo lover

  • so how do you connect this to your guitar so you can just hear the synth and not the sound of the guitar? So like if you connect this to an amp that has overdrive in it, I wanna hear the synth, and not the synth plus the overdrive? this midi shit is so fucken complex!

  • can you use the current GK-3 pickup for this pedal? and does this pedal have good techno synth stuff on this pedal?

    make some techno

  • Hi. I only had this for a short time..but I think you have to use the old roland (GK-1?) pickup with the huge metal 24 pin plug on the cable, not the din plug midi looking plug.......... don't think you can use the GK-3...Analogger will know.....all the tones are demo'd here......all the best

  • is this thing calling up samples or is it like the gr300 and just an analog oscillator and filter?

  • It's all analog. DCO, but still analog. Sounds great, but the tracking is 2nd rate. Still a worthwhile instrument.

  • if you ever want to get rid of this let me know

  • do you need a midi pick up for this?

  • yes, you need the early type roland guitar with the pickups in it from early 1980's ish, it has a 24 pin socket on the guitar for a chunky metal lead connector....

  • hey man, can i find this product now? or is sold out ??

  • these are old product and obsolete now, but keep checking your usual auction sites, they seem to go for less money than the GR-300 versions, but be warned, the tracking is slow and thus irritating..

    good luck

  • thanks my firend i will check...it,

  • is this a real synth or is just a preconfig sound bank with some effects? can you create sounds from oscillators, filters, etc? because it has not a lot of controlls...

  • great video dude thanks

  • Cheers, It seems rediculously big or isit just the vid?

  • or maybe he just has ridiculously tiny feet.

  • Cheers (y)

  • Can you make your own sounds with this??????

  • Well, I sold it pretty quickly due to it's tracking delay being awkward for my playing, I seem to recall you can save your own patches, but you would need to check with someone else, to be sure. All the best.

  • you can get a really good synth sound from a boss me 50

  • which settings do you use then?

  • Quite awesome !

This is essentially a Roland JX3P synthesizer and can take the PG200 programmer as well.

  • The old sounds are so cool in their certain way. Hard to describe... makes feel one melancholic sometimes, doesn't it?

    Nice old synth!

  • And now we all know! thanks for uploading! worth its data weight in gold!

  • hi dude, thanks for all the vids you did upload, i really appreciate the korina v vid and the roland one

    cheerz

  • You are most welcome, man.

  • incredibly cool
