I loved this version of Aladdin far more than the Genesis version for several reasons. Though the Genesis version had far more fluid animation and music tracks that were more movie accurate (though "A Whole New World" sounded far better in the SNES version) the SNES version had the proper storyline. I'm not sure WHERE they thought they were going half the time with the Genesis version.

This was the first video game I ever played. I was so godly at it. I beat the whole thing in front of my sister without dying or missing anything. I loved this game so much when I was little, when I play games like Assassin's Creed or Prince of Persia. I still think of this game.

This game is so gooooood!!! I beat it like 30 times and it got better and better. There was nothing better than chilling out, playing some snes with your frieds or cousins after a meal in a rainy day. SERIOUSLY NOTHING BETTER

I used to play this game years ago. Don't get wrong...I like this version (SNES) better than SEGA's. It has a Magical Quest feeling with a Mega Man X twist. (Gotta love that sound!)

If it's the ending I'm thinking of, I've seen it already. It's the one that says you're a super player when it tells you how many red gems you got, right? I've gotten enough to get that ending more than once, but I always wondered if you get a different one for finding every one of them.

@DJCandyManMike Its the same ending, just it says super player... other times (like when i get like 68 or 69 and repeatedly punch myself) it has that ending, but im not sure how many exactly qualify you to get that ending... It says "try to get all the red gems next time" or something like that... idr. But nope, only the carpet ride and the scene cycle through are the only 2 endings

You can jump off those birds in the clay pot to hit Jafar too and when Snake Jafar dipd into the fire then rises his body back up you can get enough air to jump and him on the head as well as jump off those "egg" type thingys.

I have this game and beat it-great game, i honestly can't see how people would like the Genesis version better, with its crazy jumps, near useless sword combined with bad hit detection and tons of cheap hits, chaotic level design and PATHETIC final boss. Before i fight Jafar's SNES form i always quote Castlevania: Symphony of the Night: "Play times over! GRANT ME POWER!" and when jafars going into the lamp "No, this cannot be! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH­HHHHHHHH!" (Makes burning sound)

What made me laugh about this part was with the first Jafar, the sound effects when he is flrying is like some kind of bee! Also you would think if he was to summon evil minions, it would be something cooler than birds with pots on their head! lol! And Snake Jafar looks like he coughs up those small mars bar eggs! :D

From what I've read (it's been years since I've seen either movie), is that the reason Jafar wasn't killed in the first movie was because he was very comical at times. In the sequel he's depicted as much more evil, so that's why he died there. Disney only kills the villain if they think that the villain is evil enough. When I think about, Barbossa was depicted much less evil Pirates III, so maybe that's why he wasn't killed.

Were you showing off in the video? because to be honest, I think I could've beat 2nd and mabey 1st quicker. when he spits the eggs, you can jump on them to get up to the head. As for the first. the summoned minions can also be used to hit him. and with enough luck, you probly won't even need them for when he shoots 3 bolts of lightning.
