My cousin and I went there this morning. We got there just after 5am and walked the long trail in the dark with one small flashlight. That was the creepiest part of it all! I felt like we were being stared at from behind, but maybe that was just my paranoia. It had stormed all night, until we got there, and it was a little foggy. There were patches of layered fog around the cemetery, which looked beautiful. We looked around, then sat in the middle of the cemetery for about 2 hrs. Very peaceful.

I went here with some friends last year at night and tried to find the cemetery but the fork in the road we took at the top of the hill just went by the swamp and I thought I heard someone walking through the swamp and RAN scared back to the car. My friend I was with down that fork with last year passed away and I went back today to find where the cemetery was. It was beautiful.

sweet I live in bedford. One time when I was about 16 me and 2 of my friends went up there in a Thunder storm at like 1 in the morning. We were so damn scared it was unreal...we didnt even have flashlights or anything. My one friend went back to the car cause he was too scared to keep walking haha
I have lived in Valley View my whole life. You people need to get your facts right. The last person to be buried there was in 1919, look at the Gilette stone. It is creepy yes but there is no such thing as ghosts. I have been there plenty of times and at night and never experienced any paranormal activity. Sounds in the woods are animals. Its fun going there to pay tribute and scare others but thats it. There is no such thing as paranormal activity. Its all in the mind people.

Bullshit... quit being so close minded, go out on an investigation and experience something for yourself rather than putting someone down for something they strongly believe in... I live In Independence and have been to that cemeter many times, cant say ive experienced anything but that doesnt mean the paranormal doesnt exist...

Yes I've seen Brandis video very interesting as all her are, tinkers creek will be lost to time soon, I'm glad I got a chance to explore there myself..
This would be a great place to set up the cameras and see what happens. If you can get permission to set up and do a proper investigation that would be awesome.

Forgotten cemeteries--especially ones with knocked-down headstones and all--are a shame.

As far as we found the last person was buried in late 1894
We plan on going at night this coming summer. We will also be going to Gettysburg Pa.
