  • i am for rehab for 3 sessions in a week

  • ...but your right shoulder is still lower than left. I've got it also ;/ What to do in order to align them ?

  • @Scyzoryk5 I never paid much attention to it. I practice karate, but I have not done anything specifically about my shoulder imbalance.

  • I'll do my best. I've just had a hip replacement and figured since I'm home for rehab for 2 more weeks, I might as well work diligently on the shoulder, too. Need to remember to ice after the exercises.

  • Thanks for sharing your success! Suffered from frozen shoulder and successfully completed PT, but did not maintain the exercises. Symptoms are back just as you said, ever so slowly it crept back and now I'm not sleeping again and range of motion is so painful. After lots of Google searching and You Tube videos, I find your few basic exercises to be a series I can handle and believe it or not, found relief fairly quickly! Expect to continue & get this under control. Lesson learned? Hope so!

  • @vacationlover01940 Thank you! This is nice to hear. You definately should keep it up and do the exercises at least a few times a week for the sake of maintenance.

  • Thanks for video and exercises. How bad was your frozen shoulder? Mine is extreme... Almost zero external rotation. Nerve pain down my arm into hands often when I stretch or even raise arm to full extent I can. Can't reach around my back at all - hard to touch reverse side shoulder on top even at base slowly with fingertips. I believe I strained my rotator cuff initially - then it locked up after some heavy lifting I did the vertical exercises in video last night and feel improvement

  • @cowboys7711 I don't know if mine was as bad as yours, but I was also unable to reach around my back. I couldn't put on a belt and I couldn't scratch even part of my back.

  • After more than 20 years of bench I'm due for an acromioplasty. I reckon I'll be doing these exercises after my surgery.

  • There is nothing "sissyfied" about corrective therapy. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you for posting! I'll give it a go.

  • @MissPat2011 It's good to that you are doing the exercises. I am not sure exactly how long it took me before I was normal. I was a gradual thing, but there was significant improvement after a month of consistent exercises.

  • Having a frozen shoulder - no fun :( I am in PT doing a lot of different exercises - started using the exercises from your video a few days agao - seems I can reach further up my back. How long did it take for your shoulder to be "normal" again? Thanks!

  • Thank you for taking the time to make this video I've been in pain now for nearly 2 years so im going to give it a go

  • @Ohalo100 Thanks!

  • Thank you, I'll also see if something like these exericises will help my poor shoulder! Even the thought of windmills makes mine ache!

  • I will try it. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you....i will start today, I think your workout is best suited for me out of all I have seen.

  • @poopypants215 Thanks! I hope it works for you!
