  • Thats a waste of land that native animals could be inhabiting. It makes me sick to see pigs, which are responsible for so much damage to australia, being pampered like this.

  • @EddieCubillo hey guess what. did you know what the biggest waste of land is. HUMANITY FUCKHEAD. so these pigs deserve more than you cunt. pigs are the most tortured animals on earth regarding the pork and science industry

  • @Bird50ify At the price of the native Marsupials. In a few years I'll move to Australia and kill ever feral I see, and theres nothing you or any other ignorant person can do to stop me.

  • @EddieCubillo stfu kid, probably some filthy hispanic refugee

  • @Bird50ify Insult me all you want, it doesnt change anything. I'm almost finished with my Zoology degree, and WILL be in Australia within the next couple years. And I'll preserve the Metatherian race at all costs.

  • @Bird50ify I'm an American and part Russian by the way, but even if I was a "filthy hispanic refugee" I would still have more brains in my left nut than your entire inbred racist family combined.

  • @Bird50ify I will force the destruction of every non native placental, and promote the preservation and utilization of every native by any means possible. The amount of damage pigs do in Australia is staggering, and the native marsupials are being slaughtered as we speak. If you really wanted to help, youd get a gun and shoot every mammal that doesnt have a pouch.

  • There is nothing wrong with buying non free range meat the amount of land it would take to contain all of these animals would be ridicoulus and extremely expensive. Yeah you see videos of animal abuse but does that mean every farm or barn is abusive no. There would not be enough space for all the pigs in the world so fuck peta.

  • i cant hear ANYTHING the owner is saying

  • Why do I keep seeing the guy with no sound, is it just me? I can't think you would add video clips of a man talking but not let people hear him talk.

  • yikes they're not cows they're pigs feed them an omnivorous diet or I heard they'll eat eachother :P

  • I think the guy at 2:36 makes some good points

  • I raise my own pigs free range, i supply my family with hormone free pork and in return they buy me grain to feed them on. I also sell half of the piglets born here so that i never am at a loss finacially to raise and feed them, it's a good system and i know what has gone into them and how they are raised.

  • I love this place for pigs, why can't they all be like this.

  • please help me.i want to start a pig farm just like this one.im from the phillipinnes ,on province land, and i dont want to raise pigs like most of my country men doing, the intensive type of way.

i love animals,so when i see this video, and realize that it could be possible to raise pigs and profit well in this kind. And more importantly,i want my fellow men to also provide this healthy meat here in our country so our people here could benefit also from these farm produce from consuming.

  • please tell me how to run that,i want to study those way's, or at least, please tell if there is a site where i could get info's with regarding to this. thank's!.

  • And some Stupid Fucking Human still chases them with a knife big Fucking deal!

  • This would be a better video if I could only hear all of the audio.

  • This is the best pig farm I have ever seen. However some evil wicked person conveniently disabled the sound when the farmers were trying to explain how they run their farm. I guess they don't want factory farmers getting any ideas about how to have a successful free range farm with humane practices. I didn't hear any pigs screaming like I normally do on pig farms, only when they were cramped together before they were shipped out. Oh well at least they had good lives for awhile. God bless you sir

  • @nogerdsurg pfft...how hard can it be...very hard yes! But not impossible, just from looking at the footage you can get a grasp of how things are run and the type of space, housing and management of the pigs. Besides, there are other ways of gaining information into farming, big buisnesses keep being jerks for profit and consumer demand, its not like from not hearing this farmer, they wont learn the secrets....lol

  • thank you for the video clip,im in the uk and will be returning to Africa next year and i find that the footage shows sufficient amount of work there is in this type of farming.i have to say i am pleased and now that i seen it i feel encouraged to focus on this and try and make the best out of it.

  • Even if this isn't "free range" it's A LOT better than some of the other pig farms.

  • This isnt free range. All they are doing is misleading consumers.

  • oh I guess free range means being locked up ....OMG ...WTF

  • no free range is a really large enclosed area that allows things to run free!!!!!!!

  • @thelightblue32 ,

free range is large areas for pigs to run free, not just be born then stuck in a barn. My pigd have 140 acres to run, lucurne trees and other plants and mud wallows. So yes pigs can be grown properlly and no need for this propagander.

  • @thelightblue32 have you had a look at my videos yet ? feel free

  • actualy not good for wildlife...it may kill hundered of local avian specie

  • Do I understand it that free range only applies to sows and not to growers and finishers?

  • these pigs are not free range, just their mothers are, real free range pigs are free to play in mud when its hot, eat grass and run around and do what pigs do.

  • I wish the audio were on here for when the guy is speaking.

  • @Zoo110986 Right someone shut off the sound, they don't want people in the U.S and other countries to learn how to do it right, be humane and be successful. That's plain evil and wicked. I wished this farmer would give teaching sessions to other sorry, factory farming people who keep their pigs in a cramped cage, torture and beat the chit out of them, and then ineptly slaughter them.

  • or "large black", which is a big, black, english breed

  • they should cross them with duroc or other black breeds, they dont get so sun burned

  • lol

  • Hey, ! These are not free range , they are not free to act like a pig , they are in houses and cages, WTF ?

  • @oggmttkmbbms free range just means they're allowed outside at least for 5 minutes according to law, these people are easier going than most, generally houses and cages are to protect livestock from predators, extreme heat, or extreme cold.

  • @Wolffheartt , that is a load of crap, free range means free at all times to wander in and out of housing at will at anytime, bred free range is when they are taken from thier mothers at weining to be put in intensive housing NOT FREE to RANGE.

Have a look at SustainableSolution1 free range , THAT IS free range, 5 minutes WTF!!!

  • @oggmttkmbbms I know the ethical version of that, im just saying what the law says. I thinks its awful though that most free-range animals are mostly cramped in a tiny room for most of the day

  • @Wolffheartt , sorry I didnt realise you were a little kid. Dont be fooled by factory farms and their propagander, animals should be treated kindly, think how you would feel if you were "let out" for 5 min' a day.

  • @oggmttkmbbms I AM JUST STATING THE LAW!!!!! I HATE the way most large farmers treat their animals like crap. READ MY COMMENT RIGHT! Jesus.

  • @oggmttkmbbms And no, I am not a little kid. I let my cousins use my account/computer to record a video, since I never do. You people piss me off, I OWN a free-range chicken farm in which they are able to roam about 50+/- acres whenever they want to except when it gets dark out. Don't speak before you know what you are talking about.

  • @Wolffheartt does mummy know your out of the asylum ?

  • @oggmttkmbbms no, mummy is dead.

  • @Wolffheartt This is an Australian video, my free range farm is in Australia also, you are not, so how would you know the law?.

  • @oggmttkmbbms most people watching this are not in australia.

  • I wish we had this in the US instead of horrible factory farms

  • We do. It's just not the industry practice.

  • Swine flu is a misname for H1N1, it has nothing to do with pigs.

  • who is interested in that?? my god!!

  • Comment removed

  • its not just the pigs that are making the swine flu

  • (read info) swine flu

  • Plenty of free range pigs in NSW

  • Free Range not all to free range

  • thank u for making this video i just some pretty grusome pig videos today lol

  • now thats how u raise good pigs...

  • you need to show this to the dumb shits in From Farm to Fridge

  • this is pretty good, watch EARTHLINGS if you haven't already seen it, our world don't care about animals at all!!

  • theese pig have a good life

  • Carbon based life forms have been eating carbon based life forms since carbon based life began. Moral arguments about the concept of meat are ridiculous, but moral arguments against the meat industry are not. This farm is an example of the right way to produce meat.

  • I agree with belixcat, I'm a veggie, and since have convinced people around me to buy better quality meat products. I work on a farm, and like to encourage new practices there to improve the welfare. My personal stance is that I won't eat meat until every meat production is up to the standard of these pigs.

  • @guyser1975 I don't eat meat but I do agree this is the way to do it.

  • @guyser1975 Then why don't you eat up total stranger humans huh?? retard.

  • @guyser1975

if a bunch of highly intelligent carbon based life forms arrived on our planet and used your argument on eating meat to breed and eat us I expect you would happily volunteer yourself? Cos 'it's natural' -to kill? Maybe if in a desperate situation, not in a civilsed society with plenty of nourishing food and no NEED of bloodshed. Treat others as u would hope to be treated yourself? It's the responsibility of the 'intelligent' to take care of the less fortunate, and our common earth.

  • @guyser1975 i will agree. Eating meat is OK as long as it is produced in the right way, like this! We can all make better choices like free range poultry adn meat as well as sustainable fish! =)

  • I'm a vegetarian but I convinced my mother to buy only free range and organic meat. :3

  • Now this is what a factory pig farm should be!! The pigs have plenty of room to move around. The sows frolic with their piglets, the waste is handled properly. I'll bet the meat from these pigs taste better than their conventional factory farm felatives!! GO MEAT!!

  • i guess pig heaven is the opposite of human heaven since its temporal and they reside there before their brutal death, not after

  • @sxeanbs Guess what there are animals in heaven, read Revelations and there are horses. I even had an open vision in 2009 where I saw a lion laying down with other smaller animals laying by his side. The place was beautiful with perfectly manicured lawns and groves. God sees that his creatures are suffering so badly at the hand of man. There is judgement if you treat animals badly.

  • @nogerdsurg O.O wtf...you must be tripping.

  • @Missrainbowmuffin you bitch you must enjoy pigs suffering in factories

  • @nogerdsurg How are they suffering dick head?

  • there's no sounds in it!!

  • The pigs wouldn't exist if we didn't eat them. Yummmmmyyyyyy....

  • Thank you for the posting, hope to find more like this.

  • why was the volume turned down when he discussed the corrosive nature of that sewage material at 13:57?

...makes me think that other damaging/scary/not-for-all-ears information is completely cut out with all those soundless interviews. or info that may present the place in a negative light.

    what's the deal?

  • You are right it is is not very clear. But the farm is quite interesting. It is true that can't be other than an exception 'cause people just don't have enought space for them. That is the key of the problem...

  • Those pigs are so cute and sweet. I quit eating pork for good in 2005 because I love pigs too much to handle it. Free range is better than factory, but I'd much rather see pigs live out their days in total peace and freedom. Oink!

  • yayy ^_^ happy pigs

  • there is something wrong with the sound

  • This is what every pig should be like

  • wish they did that in the USA. i refuse to eat pigs because knowing what they go through is not worth the taste of the bbq ribs ect... but if there was a open range farm in the usa, It would be so much easier for the people that still do eat pigs. if you know of a farm in the us that does this, let me know. great video!

  • Go to your local butcher and ask for freerange only. This is where the demand is created, if we all ask for what we want, this is what we will get, good luck.
