Is there a different technique for adjusting half plastic half wood hammers?

How in the world do you take the hammers out? I can't find instructions anywhere and it's impossible to see what you're doing here.

@notbillcosby First you'll need to remove the harp completely, then the damper bar, then the damper strips, and then you can remove the hammer comb from the body of the piano and then prise the hammer out, though be careful when doing so to avoid snapping the plastic.
