Haha welcome to my world, I've been section leader in the bass section many times for high/middle school orchestras and they never listen and end up playing bad or out of tune. They always roll their eyes when I act like what I am- section leader. They won't take any of my advice for bowings, fingerings, counting, nothing.

I viewed your video and recommend you to excercise scales and arppegios for polish up your intonation . Maybe just for Elephant for example E flat major enough. Have fun!
