Okay, I just watched the Moxon video. So they did decide to let the guy off. I liked the stipulation that next time the Scilons send out their silly Cease and Desist letters, charges will be pressed against the Scilon.

I still think all anons need to learn about the citizens arrest laws.  It adds another tool to the arsenal.

I loved the Moxon saying, "Do not threaten me." This from the king of threats.

I'm not sure where you saw that they were not going to follow thru with this. The only time I heard the words "press charges" was when the officer explained that because it was a misdemeanor outside the view of the police that our heroes have to make a citizens arrest and take him to court themselves rather than going through the city (or county)attorney.

In the background our heroes say they will follow through. I hope they are. There are too many vids of scientologists attacking protesters and the police letting them go. I think all anons should learn about their rights to make citizen arrests in their state. It seems that if anons force the issue the police HAVE to take them to jail, at least in CA.
