they started getting recognised in the street when they wanted to do certain sketches and thought that they should do something else, they said that they're coming back with another show, another format pretty soon

And time has proven me correct. The chaser have done a mock election, attempted to do a live comedic reviewing of the royal wedding and the team have been seen on shows like the Drum and that show about Australian antiques that no 1 watches.
