Basically, all the good players CAN use any character they wish. Tactics wise, you'll find that they don't change all TOO much, and some of their characters may not be as good as others (obviously). But the thing about these type of games is that by knowing what you can do with each character, you'll have a better idea of what to expect. My Necro is still suffering, but my other characters are semi-adequate -__- meaning I still suck pretty badly hehe.

kuroda straight up killed their asses. guy owns with just about anybody. lol @ the comment about finally a jpn player that uses more than 1 character. you do realize that you talking bout the US players in that they only main 1 or 2 characters. kuroda isnt the first nor the only who uses lots of characters.
