@Weslietje It's over 70 degrees Celsius, so it's not that bad. The blue line it's 70C and the next one, below to the 90C one is 80C. There's no need for concern.

heheheh.. dla wiadomości mam 2 lata i przez ten okres 177 tyś kilometrów czyli jakies 85 tys rocznie. przez ten okres jedyna usterka to termostat za 15 zł. Nie wiem nie chce sie kłucić moze dlatego ze mam auto z 2000 roku(ostatni rocznik).

Kolego, też mam Astre F 1.6 8 zaworów. Wszystkiego pilnuje, jest w jak najlepszym pożądku. Ale jest taka zmulona, pójdzie te 150 ale przyspieszenie jest tak marne, że szkoda gadać..

Może dlatego że jest na gaz, ale na benzynie leci tak samo..

I dont even go over 5k rpm, because it's useless. It just roars, like it's gonna blow, better to shift and it doesn't go any slower :D

it does that faster if you have a warm engine...it's too bad to do this while the engine is cold since it is not well lubricated and trouble may appear later on, you can see in 3rd the revs go up very slow (for 5000 to 6000 rpm)

the engine is warm, if it's cold outside the gauge lifts only like this.

then there is a thermostat problem, you should have that changed since the engine doesn't function properly at temperatures below 80-90 degrees even if it is -30 outside your engine's temperature should always be higher than 80 C

Well it's been doing that since brand new so i don't think that is the problem. I think these astra's have a different thermostat - it starts cooling the engine at 95 C and bellow i don't think it is has a lower rate for the fan.

i'm not talking about the fan, it's about the mechanical thermostat that is faulty! i'm 100% sure that your engine temp should be above 80 in any conditions if the engine has been running for a while.... i have C16NZ (1.6 8v) and i had the same trouble after changing the thermostat the temp never goes below ~82 and this is still not perfect, for this engine the normal temp should be between 90 and 100 you can buy a thermostat from any opel dealer for about 3-7 euro

w większości filmików z polski typu: prędkość maksymalna, od 0-100 i tym podobnych świeci się kontrolka rezerwy. a w takich samych filmikach z innych państw nie ma tego. a przecież w porównaniu do innch krajów mamy stosunkowo tanie paliwa. co do astry to nawet ładnie jakieś 12-13 sek mi wychodzi, to jak na taki "mocarny" silnik. jakiś malutki przebieg tego autka
