  • So...if I'm getting you correctly, you upload copyrighted material that doesn't belong to you.

Then, you say "Baw, I hate this site. Fahh."

Buy the DVDs. Better yet, watch it on Netflix.

  • Man it's strange what a massive multi billion dollar company does to people who break the law.

  • youtube is my friend

  • @MulletMcNasty youtube is a friend of mine

  • Whiny Bitch. defined: Someone who exemplifies rather large amounts of crybaby-bullshit in order to: 1) get sympathy from the people around him/her.

    2) make them self feel like less of a dumbass

  • flagged for animal abuse.

  • Youtube they think they can bring people off of here. dont be sad or hurt by youtube. there the morons changing the site again and all that stuff. dont worry about it just make a wierd user name and try to flip the videos. Y YOUTUBE LOOK AT WUT U DONE U TUBE!!!

  • losers, get a life.

  • JOIN TUMBLR, NOONE HATES ON YOU THERE :)

  • nice.

Youtube are moronic. "Copyright strikes". Seriously...

  • that's what you get for breaking policy's you signed..

  • At least they aren't deleting you as a person...that's next though.

  • Did you seriously just create an overly dramatic video with sad music because your YouTube channel got deleted? Congratulations, you just lost the internet.

  • If they let you post copyrighted videos they would not be around anymore. You can't be this stupid.

  • @2490andre No doubts! Google/YouTube doesn't care at all about this... it's the pressure from lawyers of copyright holders that makes them force their hand. people gotta know when to surrender, when it's not that important

  • u didnt even get deleted lols

  • Bye bye

  • LOL. U mad?

  • Glad it's official now.

  • the sad thing is that i knew this was going to be a stupid video...0.01 i realized i was right...and still watch the rest of it :S

  • And i thought having a small penis was bad? Gtfo of youtube.

  • its funny because you werent deleted...

  • Relax dude! A back-up account is always a good idea :)

  • Do you have enough links in the description? Holy shit

  • So, you're mad at youtube for telling you they're going to delete you due to copyright infringement and your response is to post a video featuring almost nothing but copyrighted material? If this were done in parody or satire, it might have been clever, but this... this is just stupid.

  • Lmfao, what a tragedy...

  • dont you fucking idiots realize that youtube wants to be able to post copyrighted content as much as everyone else? it's the media owners who have a problem with it. blame nbc, not yt. fucking idiots..

  • wt f you

  • When will these copywrite crybabies realize fans posting their product on YT is promoting their product!!!

  • @davethestalker They make money off of the thousands of advertisements, and only the fans come here to see these clips. These clips on youtube are no help to the corporates. They do not publicize.

  • @Urstupidumbass Excuse me, but youtube clips are the REASON I started watching The Office.

  • @paulmoorenova And you are one of those 1%, great job.

  • @Urstupidumbass Do I sense a tinge of sarcasm in there? Okay, allow me to provide a more comprehensive argument. Only youtube videos that are entirely devoid of copyrighted materials get advertising. That's a fact. If your video contains copyrighted material, they'll delete it before monetizing. Furthermore, the argument that only fans of shows watch these clips is an outright lie. Certainly, fans will actively search out these clips, but they will also share them with friends and(continued..)

  • @paulmoorenova (waiting...)

  • @Urstupidumbass (...continued) will post them to facebook. This exposes thousands, if not millions, of potential viewers who would otherwise remain completely ignorant of the show or worse, hate the show without having seen a second of it themselves. And let's also not forget those people whose lives are youtube (like our OP here), who will inevitably run into these clips. Beyond that, there's also the rising occurrence of friends getting together for a video marathon. Free promo you can't buy.

  • @paulmoorenova

Im sorry if you misunderstood my overstatement. Honestly, I have started to watch "The Office" from Youtube videos, but regardless of my personal experience, I have met thousands of people who have been publicized about new shows through television advertising. Also, let's not forget the fact that they do offer a limited amount of new episodes for free on their website as well as deleted scenes, funny clips, etc. Nevertheless, I appreciate how much you (continued...)

  • @paulmoorenova (...Continued) are devoted to defending the YouTubers that upload self-recorded scenes of the television shows; however, that won't convince me (not trying to offend). My initial message was to state (which was not clear at all, sorry) that the majority, excluding you I presume, who stumbles upon YouTube videos such as short clips from the show does not care about the YouTuber who is in jeopardy, but rather their sole entertainment. (continued...)

  • @paulmoorenova (...continued) Please, I have no interest in going forward with this argument. As I have stated before, I appreciate your concerns for these such YouTubers and the publicizing that YouTube videos have done, I just hope that you accept mine. Thank you for your time.

  • @paulmoorenova But I would still love to read your final response to my message. :P

  • @Urstupidumbass Actually, now that you've more fully explained yourself, I can see more where you're coming from, and I actually agree with that argument. I think really, I'm more in defense of people who put up vlogs and have their videos deleted because a copyrighted song is playing in the area where they are recording. Just as much, I'd like to defend AMVs, but I know I don't really have a leg to stand on with them anymore, since 90% of them are crap now. (continued...)

  • @Urstupidumbass (...continued) I'm also sort of defending those who post videos to share them out of love for the content. I feel absolutely no pity for people who upload other people's work with the sole intention of getting more hits. I will say that neither side is wholly right in the way they're handling things right now, and that this will eventually come to an ugly head, and I don't want to be anywhere near that fight when it happens.

  • @paulmoorenova wow... agreed...

  • Dude, you need a life beyond youtube. Good luck to you!

  • What a fucking tool.

  • at least we didnt get rick roll'd

  • Well I guess you're still here... Much to the dismay of us all.

  • look at this girl trying to get attention on the internet oh please dear go kill yourself

  • Bye.

  • did you get flagged for this video too?

  • i think youtube is pretty useful

  • i hate when you click on a shitty upload, then all the other videos on the side become shitty uploads as well, and it just kills your video marathon.

  • @TheBumperkartkid I hate when your comment doesn't get thumbs up while this stupid comment: "Death To Youtube And Their CopyRight Policies!" get 11 thumbs up.

  • You're a bitch and an attention whore, look at all those fucking social network sites you have. Go outside and talk to people for real, damn.

  • @HaibaneRakka571 for the second part

  • So, you break the copyright policy that you agreed to when signing up for the account, and then suddenly go "What copyright policy?"

  • Yeah Youtube sucks. Instead of banning channels, they could just not let them upload videos anymore.....

  • You probably deserved it.

  • Shits given: 0

    Morons: 1

  • thanks so much for literally wasting my time.

  • To the tune of the song.. "I don't give a flying fuck.."

  • good luck. I got 1 strike too but then I message YT and they put it down ;)

  • Cry me a river, poster.

  • ew sucks:( i like the musixxx, what is it?

  • You hate youtube because you violated the rules like an idiot?

  • i wish i could flag this for moronic

  • it's not youtube's fault. it's evil copyright laws that don't let us share stuff that makes us happy. they claim to protect artists but the law only protects the companies that manage intellectual property.

  • hey sweety

I´m sooo sorry about your channel! I really hope you wont get another strike so far so your channel would be saved for the next years! ^^

but if not I´m very glad to know your backup !!!

I dont wanna loose you too! you are such an awesome friend and vidder so I really hope to never ever loose you! *

    hugs ya my dear!!!* ^.~

  • I feel your pain, they deleted me 2 and had to start all over..grrr hisssssssssss...love this little video!

  • so unfair :( subbed.
