I'm not sure exactly, but I've heard this a few times before. "Jakki Da Motamouth - Life Sucks" and "Orko & Isosceles - B-Boy Y3K"

those songs have been out for a while, especially b-boy y3k. You might have some luck finding out more researching their origins. The sample isn't exactly the same, but I think the achozen flavor is a chopped up sample of the same. I usually got a good ear like that.
