I could swear I heard the name Christopher Pike in that distress call. But if I'm not mistaken Captain Pike was killed by Kirk in this universe. But I could be wrong.

Woah, that ship at 1:02 is an impressive ship. It's like seeing what the USS-Kelvin is Star Trek XI would look like if JJ Abrams stook to the original design. I like it, and what I really like is that even though it's a Terran Ship it still has the Federation Symbol on it's sides. I guess that's because of Kirk and Mirror Spock and of course the USS-Defiant NCC-1764 which is one of my favorite Star Ships. Nice work I'm looking forward to this episode.
