Also if Garcian killed all 7 members of the Smith alliance and taken on their personas (including Harman) then would that mean Garcian is sort of a good-evil God like Harman and Kun and Target 06 was actually Garcians judgement on the situation in America and Japan. Might explain Harman and Kuns scared reaction in the forbidden room lol

Ok... I have a HUGE doubt. how come I don't remember seeing this, ever? I have the gameCube version, and finished it on Killer7 medium difficulty... loved the game, oh so much.

The Killer7 ending from Con smith dieng, to this scene, to Garcian Smith looking in his brief case and discovering the killer7 weapons and then to the ending music. It is the best ending i've ever seen.
Played through this game originally a year ago, just finished it again...and i still dont understand. is that kun lan sitting next to harman? who the hell shot harman and kun just before garcian went onto the roof? maybe i should get those killer7 books..
oh and the person who shot Harman and Kun Lan was young Harman. See there are three different Harmans, God Harman, Old Harman and Young Harman. Young Harman was being kept prisoner by God Harman. The screams in Garcians trailer ore those of young harman. Any scene where you see harman with Kun Lan is God Harman and Harman without his rifle is old harman.
that answers my question, but just raises more haha..like why was god harman keeping his young self prisonner? (ill ignore the question of how all 3 can exist) and how did he escape? was there any time-travel happening at any point? and why would young harman shoot the god one since he can't die anyway? i dont know if you have all the answers, but im hoping haha
The plot is fucking crazy I know. If you really want to get into that then look up some plot analysis faqs, I found one that was like a college thesis and explained almost everything, try googling "killer 7 plot analysis" it'll help.

Well, I FINALLY get it: Young Harman is the real Harman Smith.
Young Harman is a demi-god (just like Kun Lan), and uses the 60 year old Harman as an avatar...along with Garcian/Emir
Emir controls the personas, but is being watched by Harman.

Both Harman's are voiced by the same person - Dwight Schultz (Howling Mad Murdoch from the A team). He did a good job voicing him.
