I'm at the end of my holidays visiting my parents, sister and brother-in-law overseas. I hadn't seen them in five years. When I arrive home, there won't be anyone available to wait for me at the airport.

Ironically, my sister was the one who introduced me to David Gray's song.

This made me weep.

i go to college in Michigan, and my parents live in the south. i fly home to charlotte every thanksgiving and my mom and dad's house in myrtle beach for christmas. when i go home to charlotte, i see the families reuniting with their loved ones, something out of love actually. screw disney world, the airport is the happiest place on earth during holidays.
