Atleast microsoft in the states gives you the box and all. I live in Ireland and my xbox got the rrod on sunday. I ring microsoft they say it will be collected in the next 3 days. Put it in a brown box and package it as you like. I had to go get all the stuff myself !

Sent me a refurbed, but what ever works fine, they had to switch the liscens from my old xbox to my new one though so that took a whole week, and yesterday i got rrod but realised it was because some one unplugged it then plugged it in half way lol..

It works great playing my games now, im happy :)
