  • That's not how they make mole in Mexico but looks good

  • Good video... Will have to try making that mole with your tips!

  • "Gwaka-mole"

Such a pet peeve. How hard is it to pronounce it "walka-mole?"

  • so if mole means sauce, your making chicken sauce sauce

  • I'm of Mexican descent and your way turned out way better than a lot of traditional ways I've eaten it.

  • how many degrees do u put it in the oven? and do i have to move the chicken everyonce in a while?

  • wtf

  • even though this isn't a traditional mole AT ALL, this looks good in some way, i think it's fine because it me be hard to find all the right and traditional ingredients used in mole. you should add some peanut to it

  • no tomato sauce in red mole.. not a very traditional way to make mole anyway...

  • great video and website~ I look forward to more videos.

  • in a way she reminds me a of frenchie?

    from grease

  • @JODQ11 she never said that mole was a spanish word, or any language. You're right about what it really means.

  • "I just googled mole the other day" I'm sure you did lady.

Just for the record, mole does not mean sauce in spanish, it means sauce in nahuatl, the language spoken by the indigenous people before the spanish came. It is still widely spoken in some places.

  • @JODQ11 mad beaner detected

  • Omg i love mole but the real Mexican style not this kind but still looks good

  • Nice family! I recommend you put some "sesame seed" (ajonjolí) on the chicken before you served. Sesame seed looks good in the dark background (the mole) and it tastes goo too. Greetings from Central America.

  • This looks good, I'm going to try making it...

  • I want to cook this for my boyfriend :p haha his grandmother usually makes it... so he has high standards.. hope i can do it! :p

  • Boring show...really.

  • Nice! I'm going to make a batch. I brought some prepared mole from Mexico and have enjoyed it very much. I saw many varieties of dry mole in the big market in Mexico City, all colors from warm light brown to almost black. I'd like to try them all. Your recipe looks very good. Gaucamole—who knew?

  • well, i am going to try this recipe. I have a bag of chili powder for a while now i dont have much recipes that use chili powder so I am going to give this a try.

  • Respectful to the chicken??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........... XD havent laughed that long in a while.

  • wooow, this is horrible, probably tastes horribly, "poyo con mole", haha cant even say it right

  • @fregonaz have you tried this recipe yet? Probably not. Then don't dis it. The lady is trying to show people how to make an affordable, family style, tasty dinner. No one wants your insignifigant opinion on the mole that she is preparing. Thank you.

  • @fregonaz Bye the way, she is American. Not Spanish or Mexican. Therefore, it would be fairly hard to speak fluent Spanish/ Mexican. I would like to hear you say a sentence in good English. Because you would say it with you Mexican/ Spanish accent and I would laugh at you and say, "Haha cant even say it right".

  • Mole is not made with tomatoes,

also she add too too much chocolate.

If you buy a cup of mole you don't need to add chocolate or penut butter, yuck! Just buy an authentic mexican brand and follow the instruction in the back.

  • Why does everyone have to organic this, organic that. Ridiculous.

And a real mole sauce has real chilies, like guajillo or such being boiled, grilled, cooked whatever, not adding chile powder.

  • you're so cute! the recipe looks easy and so good

  • Looks good, can't wait to try it after Thanksgiving holiday

  • I had a huge crush on you back in your Mtv days Martha Quinn. Glad I've found you again.

  • i think youre cute in a carol burnett type of way...good job on the vid.

  • You guys want a good mole Recipe

Buy the mole cup at any store

Heat it with some chocolate of your favorite type, I use mexican chocolate

Then put it in the blender and mix with a half onion, whole tomato, and about to spoons of peanut, trust me , its good

  • Thanks for the video and recipe! I love your commentary; I'll be watching your other videos, too.

  • I'll try this recipe next time ,for I just bought a jar of mole sauce from the supermarket ;=).but thanks for the video.

  • we got to see wakeem!! (not sure how to spell it. lol)

  • no its not

  • thx

  • Coerce them to eat? That's hilarious.

  • There is very little fat in the mole sauce . It mostly consists of tomato sauce, chili powder, spices and a small amount of dark chocolate. I think fat in the diet is wildly misunderstood. Read some of our blog posts on cookusinterruptus (recipe is there too!).

  • @cookusinterruptus psh we add so much stuff to ours, and is tastes soooooooooo amazing

  • I use to cook this its really good but I had to lay off of it because of its fatty substances.

  • looks good im definetely going to try this
