are you talking about it's low ringtone? you should mention that in your info.. I sent my blackberry 8830 back when it broke (I dropped it) and they sent me a new one and the ringer seems much louder.. I think they fixed it but I'm not sure..

That is a very good point. I think I misplaced my frustration of missing so many calls, while I was sleeping, on the 8830. Meanwhile, knowing that a phone is not deserving of this projected rage, and irrational judgement. Retract, BUY THIS PHONE. You will not find better. Thanks Mediawire.
