This guitar player was a bro. visiting from a very small island named Union Island where i preached on a number of ocassions.Instruments were so exspensive and as a Church we really loved singing unto the Lord with heart and voices combined.The acapella is very beautiful and gets all involved.Bro. Jeffers did a great job on the guitar.

I have to agree ... church these days is not much like real church. I became so disappointed I stopped going for many ears and poured myself in the scriptures and researching what I didn't understand. Sometimes I get to spend tme in a church that follows the scriptures better. They are few these days.
Distorted views of God plagues the church today.These demeaning thoughts of God are too shallow,toosimplistic and too superficial.Our worship is shallow and self centered and lacks passion for God.
Acts chapt 9 verse 31."Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied."

You'd be surprised. Lifeless, cold, dead singing in Barbados is very common in most chruches. Many churches are spiritually dead. This singing was a byproduct of a lot of teaching on the subject of worship and the character of God. The Holy Spirit created in them a yearning to worship this way. It was not their natural disposition. The presence of God was so real during our worship service and people were free to express their emotions to God. God bless you.
Since God is the holy object of our worship you would think that pastors would teach alot on the character of God.If we have low views of God this will affect how we worship God.A false view of God is dangerous and can result in a false view of salvation and worship.
I could listen to this over and over again and learn to sing to my Lord during the day.I love the scriptures and teaching.We need to understand the fear of God.

God bless you .This was a regular sunday service.They did not know it was being recorded.This was a typical time of worship before i preached.They came ready to meet with the Lord.I am so glad I taped some of the singing.

This is a wonderful blessing for me,,,,,,I love the sound of the harmony in all the voices, especially the ladies. What wonderful sound and with only an acoustic guitar (and a tambourine I think).
I know that this is a sweet smelling savor of worship to God.

You'd be surprised. Lifeless, cold, dead singing in Barbados is very common in most chruches. Many churches are spiritually dead. This singing was a byproduct of a lot of teaching on the subject of worship and the character of God. The Holy Spirit created in them a yearning to worship this way. It was not their natural disposition. The presence of God was so real during our worship service and people were free to express their emotions to God. God bless you.

Since God is the holy object of our worship you would think that pastors would teach alot on the character of God.If we have low views of God this will affect how we worship God.A false view of God is dangerous and can result in a false view of salvation and worship.
