My daughter played "boys" hockey all the way through, and at the bantam level, she "levelled" this poor American boy, who wanted to know if she was on facebook, when they were at the face-off. I guess he thought she wouldn't hit him. The trainer had to take him off the ice. It was a clean hit, though. You should have heard them yelling after that, " Take out the girl!" They couldn't catch her, though! If the girls are playing with the boys, they're "fair-game"
