It's not a movie, but a British spy/government series. It's about MI-5 (their version of the CIA) and he is in the 7th season called "Spooks" He plays Lucas North, a former MI-5 agent who was in a Russian prison for almost eight years--and comes back to work for the gov't again. It's really great television, I must say!!
