@hellchick5 Stick to characters that match my gender? No way, if guys don't have to why should I? Besides most of the coolest things you can cosplay as are usually guys anyway. Why cut myself off from the fun over a simple matter of biology?

@SonNeko What I meant is if you can't make your voice match the character of the oposite gender than stick to your own. Biology has nothing to do with it.

But most fantasy guys just look awesome (Sephiroth, Nuada, ...) and a lot of "real" boys and men just DON'T ^^° So of course girls and women have to cosplay those sexy guys...because who else should do it? ^-^

@aizenmi The reason for that is because characters like Sephiroth and other Japanese baddies don't really look like MEN. Instead, they sport an androgynous, lanky look that is easy to imitate by girls.

However, Nuada is very manly and is not lanky or slender to be able to pull off successfully by a female cosplayer. I mean, they may come close to how his face looks like. But not when it comes to his BODY. Nuada was intimidating in a way only tall, fit men with large chest & shoulders can.

Sephiroth isn't lanky. o.O When did you see him last time? ^.^° I think he is actually more muscular than Nuada.

But still I don't know any men who could cosplay Seph or Nuada...their faces just don't fit.

@aizenmi LOL Are we talking about Sephiroth from the Final Fantasy games? Because the one from VII is a runt-like creature with zero muscles. You could put high heels on him and you would think he was a typical malnourished run-way model. That's how Japanese anime artist think MEN should look like. And that's why its easy for female cosplayers to play them than REAL MEN, who are not scrawny, lanky or without muscles (generally speaking).

Nuada is more muscular than Sephy (even J. BIEBER is)

If you are referring to the prince's make up in the little role play. I have no idea how she did it. We actually only meet about 15 minutes earlier. The Prince seems to intent on staying in character that I saw no reason not to play along. We were talking about the movie and Mr Wink came up and I thought it was so funny that I had to film it.
