This remains, even today, my favorite series of the net...this particular entry the most compelling. The way that the oncoming horde marches in time with the music is very reminiscent of watching an epic of say, the Mongol Horde invading China...and their organization into ranks? Brilliant.

this has to be one of the best animations ever, I saw it years ago when i was younger (like about 3/4 years) and it moved me then, and it still does everytime i watch it, amazing job

Some kick ass imagery was in this suprisingly. You would'nt think so because of the fact that it's just sprites, but certain parts looked really cool. My favourit shot was when all the toads were rushing past the princess and bulding a wall.

Very Good work Alexander -this epic made out of the traditional two dimensional classic characters that look so stupid and lifeless in the normal game is certainly fantastic and i know that it took a lot of hard work from your side but its so good that if you had made one more series it would have been more good.Anyway this is a memorable work on nintendo graphics.
