You first need to pick up a Kit, and then take out the Hock and aim it at a high point (roofs, Balconys,walls etc)

LOL, just checked on their website and there's only 5 servers for this game, and only 1 or 2 are very active. PR is way better and Allied Intent Xtended is cool also.

Black Hawk Down isn't a mod. The FH team builds almost everything from scratch. Maps, vehicles, playermodels, statics. With that they do a lot of research. And ofcourse there aren't the amounts of players as in FH1 at it's peak, FH2 isn't nearly as big as FH1 was.

I don't see the point in comparing it to their own old version of the mod or a completely different game. Compare it to other online realism mods situated in ww2.

They're doing the best they can and for free and you're whining about the releases not being in the order you want them to be. I personally miss the Eastfront maps but it's pretty obvious why they work in the order that they do, so I don't complain.

And another thing, FH1 was far less polished, it had more bugs and the quality of the vehicleskins/models/maps varied too much.

FH2 is a great leap forward.

And the community isn't gone, and its growing again too.

What do you mean, 'bring down the game with hundreds of players with it'. They didn't 'bring down' FH1, they just moved on to a newer and better engine. You should, too. You cannot expect them to keep working on an aged engine. I see more and more servers next to good old hslan and a lot of ex-FH players are starting to pick it up again (FH community member since first public release, so I know a few).

Don't mean to dish the game or creators but I'm kinda pissed that the FH1 community is pretty much gone thanks to FH2.

It has great potential but it needs the American forces, can't have a WWII game in the US without the US forces, doesn't make sense.

Forgotten hope by miles dc were very lazy on the details and animations and weapons where as FH feels more like another game than a mod unlike DC

No. 2.15 will "finalize" (Not entirely end perhaps?) the North African campaign and 2.2 will be Normandy.

Yes it was a deflection that you saw. I was told by one of the guys that was in one of those Shermans that it was apparently a fluke shot. The Shermans were all totally destroyed by that Tiger. They didn't even scratch the paint.
