@SteveMLloyd Negative if you listen, emergency tone goes off (the hush up and listen tone) he screams 11-99 and right after there were units that identified themselves as rolling code 3, At one point an officer says # PC ## PC is Perris County (not actually county) Perris County is the Perris Police Sheriffs... So units from all over were rolling code 3. When dispatch did a safety check all others not rolling code check in code 4, because they are. Probably due to prior calls or something....

I worked with RSO since 2007 and I have never heard the 11-99 code used before the closes I code I hear is 11-11 witch is code three back-up and 11-99 is code 3 back-up/ MAYDAY. When you hear the 11-11 code used you roll code but just a few closes units, when the 11-99 code is used all units roll code. You stop what your doing and roll code like you have never done before if you're writing a ticket you let that person go and you get in your unit and go help you're buddy get him or her safe and
