i'm 59. house was paid for. lost husband, kids, job. broke. refinanced @ outrageous terms because of no income. got sick, had surgery, can't find job. tried to sell. septic failed. can't sell. took 2 years to fix septic, refinanced again. broke again. going to lose house, car, be homeless, can't walk, alone, terrified, suffering physical and emotional pain. never my house? lived here 22 years and put everything i had into it. i need miracles.
irresponsible buyers should be held accountable - why didn't they read and understand paperwork beforehand instead of blaming everyone else? - when they "lose" their house, what are they really losing? they didn't put anything down so it was never their house - no shared risk - no wonder defaults - duh
