I've never been to ULTA, but I am going for the first time in January (it's 4 stories high)! Probably only going to get some nail colors- the one you bough was really pretty, especially for Fall.

Haha yes i know! It wouldn't worth it to me to get one $12.99 mascara and get a $7 one for free.  So i got two of the pulse perfection. I went back to get two of the colossal cause ive used it before and liked it.

The OPI is basically an oil too, its the only one ive tried and it works for me. It doesnt dry it completely, but dries it enough to touch.
