one thing that is interesting as well, at 0:35 there are three men (one in all black with a white object in a bag in this left hand, one in red with a white hat, and one in a grey sweat shirt) who are leaving the site of the "victim" in a curious manner.

1) the man in the lead seems to be putting something away with his right hand

2) the first and second guy seem to be hiding hands

3)third guy nervously stops to see what the guys in the yellow are responding to

One thing I've noticed is how their eyes often look too white and flat, like they're painted-on.

The translator here has clearly lost his eye hologram as they appear to have turned green for the most part with very little white left.
