Okay, my Marvel knowledge comes more from the movies than anything else, so maybe I'm missing something here, but... let me get this straight. Joe Quesada annulled Peter and MJ's marriage... via the devil... while she was pregnant? And the baby is... not there any more?
So, Joe Quesada had the devil kill a baby for... what reason? What kind of moral is that?!
You are so right on all counts. It's pretty sad when a 30-year comics reader and fan can't find a single decent book to pick up besides the paperback Marvel Masterworks series. The new comic racks are stuffed with incomprehensible garbage month in and month out. Just this past week my local shop owner threw in a free Spider-Man Saga. The fact that Marvel has to produce and distribute a FREE book just to explain what the hell is going on in their current books should tell you something.
Not everything that comes out of Marvel is garbage. There's are a few good titles. I'd actually recommend you picking up the last couple of issues of ASM because Dan Slott is looking to have a promising run on the series thus far. A few others I'd recommend you try are Matt Fraction writing on the main Thor book and Invincible Iron Man , Peter David's X-Factor, and Ed Brubaker on Captain America and Secret Avengers to name a few.
I may very well do a follow-up to this, especially because of what's going to happen when Shadowland is over. Halfway through that event, it was announced that Black Panther would be the new Man Without Fear.
I don't smoke, I agree completly witht he health risks of smoking. But I don't agree that absolutly no1, even villains, can't smoke. its 2 not inf the readers. these r the same readers who've witnessed Spider-Man's deal witht he devil, Wolverine slicing and dicing ppl and babies being eaten, but hey, at least the nicotene indust isn't getting richer
Agree. But I know even more stupidities what he has done. Thanks to him, characters in marvel universe cant smoke, he changed lot things in marvel comics to be like in movies and he ALWAYS argue that by "its beacuse of younger readers" ect.
I haven't read any Spiderman comic books since One More Day. I can't get over it. It's just too annoying. Deadpool was popular before those movies though. But I don't mind that Deadpool has so many stories, but how come his comics come out always on time but so many other things get delayed?

ultimate line, marvel knights line, & ask yourself who brought jms in2 wright spiderman in the first place? revitilizing the character & keeping the book from being suspended, that was joe quesada. brought back daredevil, punisher, & the blackpanther. nobody gave a shit about two of those characters in the 90s before quesada got hired. under quesada marvel was able to close multi million dollar deals, both bob harris & tom deflaco faild miserably at this. SO RESPECT QUESADA'S GANGSTA. giv credit

He's made the Spider-Man comics unreadable, and he just made it worse with the recent O.M.I.T storyline. It's time for a change, and it needs to start with JOE Q being removed as EIC.

Good video, another couple points he let Bendis turn the scarlet witch into a raving psycho and he had the Wasp, one of the original avengers, killed just because it would make Hank Pym "interesting." I just found out this guy has been promoted so now he gets to poison all the marvel franchises with his "vision."

I totally agree Joe Quesada needs to be fired. His time as EIC for Marvel has run it's course, and now he just makes one bad call after another.
